   Support USAF F-15 SPO management activities to support the advancement of the DTM II program* Responsible for reporting program activities to DTM II PM and USAF leadership * Prepare Configuration Change Board briefings, Business Review Board Meetings as well as other coordination briefings for modifications to parts, kits or contract cost increases* Supported development of the Milestone C approval package (ACAT program) as well as the Full Rate Production Decision, updated Acquisition Strategy Panel and authority to award production contracts* Developed a Market Research and Sole Source Justification package to issue a direct contract to an OEM for a critical F-15E component.* Reviewed and edited SOWs for content to ensure they accurately reflect the scope, deliverables, and requirements of the DTM II program.* Conducted technical evaluations for management and schedule to ensure contractors understand the requirements and recommended adjustments to proposed hours/cost.* Work directly with the F-15 SPO Master Scheduler to provide program updates to critical milestones, contract award dates, and install schedules.* Created a complete Clinger-Cohen Act compliance package to include working with DTM Cyber SME and received Senior Executive Service, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) approval, while subsequently receiving Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) compliance. Both efforts ensure alignment with National Security Cyber policy and enabled MS-C entrance to prevent fielding delays of F-15E future installs
