Army Futures Command representative assigned to the Next Generation Combat Vehicle Cross Functional Team: Utilized knowledge of system engineering and integration principles in performing analyses in support of the CFT. Responsible for the planning, and managing of the architecture, design, development, integration, experimentation of CFT prototypes. Supported the total CFT engineering actions through the various staff elements of the Army Futures Command, and the CFT to support the development of user and system requirements from operational concepts. Developed the Systems of Systems Integration Readiness Assessment timing tool and process. Serves as a principal point of contact in overall planning, coordinating, and managing of CFT equipment/systems within the Decision Support System (DSS). Develops project schedules for CFT staff and adjusts this schedule to fulfill new project requirements, change assigned priorities, or changes in manpower resources available. Determines and recommends training needs for all subordinate project officers and workers. Leverages the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to synchronize the engineering and integration of related but separate projects and efforts within the CFT and populate DSS. Support the development of materiel requirements documentation and facilitates combat and materiel developer Integrated Concept Teams (ICTs) for resolution of requirement issues. Working on the Formation Analytics Model that maps out the cost and operational effectiveness of comparative alternative solutions, analysis of alternatives and other studies, evaluations, and efforts supporting the CFT’s maneuver analysis.
