The mission is to create excellence in inclusive, equitable healthcare education by supporting and preparing diverse students, faculty, healthcare providers, patients, families, communities, and organizations to provide competency-based, equitable, team-based care and advocate for social and distributive justice in healthcare. The vision is to make global healthcare education and health equity a reality regardless of race, ethnicity, color, sexual orientation, gender identification, age, socioeconomic status, nationality, religion, geographical location, ability/disability and/or veteran status.
