Owner and administrator of Global Lease Database, ensuring consistency and global alignment across Real Estate, Legal and Finance functions. • Ownership of all Global Lease Data, perform Global monthly audit functions on the database to ensure integrity and consistency of data and alignment across all Global Finance, Legal, and Real Estate Teams • Manage the Global Lease Extract process and documents, manage Users, System Administration, Monthly processing, Lease tracking and maintenance processes. • Provide training and support to all Global Legal and Real Estate teams for Lease database processes and actions• Review of C4C Sites Database for Global changes and correct and consistent recording of C4C Site and Project data into CoStar Lease Database• Management of C4C to CoStar Interface process, auditing and ensuring assessment and management of IFRS16 and non IFRS16 properties4and Leases, liasing with IT for cost control and budget management purposesManagement of all Global Lease data and reporting.Process management; aligning and building efficient and consistent processes between the Real Estate, Finance, Legal and Store Development Teams, globally.Portfolio Planning; introduction and maintenance of Portfolio Review Planning process and reporting to Senior Management. Assisting with managing the existing portfolio via lease management and data reporting in relation to the real estate strategy. Liaising with Burberry\'s Legal, Finance, Operations, Merchandising, and Visual Merchandising as well as external advisors.
