In my role at SAS, I collaborate with internal teams and external customers to deliver enterprise application expertise, mentoring, and architectural best practices. I provide end-to-end administration, maintenance, and installation of SAS Enterprise software and solutions for both cloud-hosted and remotely managed environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Key responsibilities include:Delivering hands-on support for enterprise platforms, with strong focus on Linux/Unix systems and Kubernetes-based applications.Managing day-to-day operations through SAS Cloud ticketing systems, following ITIL best practices across Incident, Problem, and Change Management to meet strict SLA requirements.Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting mid-tier and containerized applications in cloud environments.Proactively diagnosing, documenting, and resolving system issues while contributing to runbooks, knowledge base articles, and technical wikis to strengthen organizational knowledge.Partnering with global R&D, Product, Technical Support, and IT teams to drive customer satisfaction and maintain high service quality.This role has honed my expertise in enterprise-class software support, cloud operations, Kubernetes, and cross-functional collaboration, while deepening my troubleshooting and customer engagement skills.
