   Responsible for the strategic planning and management of daily operations of a multifunctional professional leadership development training organization consisting of over 60 employees conducting 10 training rotations of 220 customers annually. Provided readiness data and analysis, evaluated programs and processes, and developed methods for improving accuracy of reporting and process improvement. Developed and oversaw organizational policy and regulatory guidance related to professional leadership training provided to Joint Base Lewis-McChord. Outcomes:• Established a professional development program for 60 employees that nested staff and leader training with changes in the organization’s strategic vision and priorities. • Designed and implemented an instructor certification program that certified employees on 31 different subject areas; over 100 employees certified to date.• Conducted a detailed analysis of the human resources department and established process improvements and regulatory oversight standards, which elevated it to the top program on Fort Lewis. • Provided direct oversight to a Operations and Maintenance budget ensuring all expenditures met regulatory standards and organizational requirements.• Evaluated internal control processes for efficiency and effectiveness, and monitored staff progress preceding a comprehensive external audit of the entire organization; achieved 98% and the Institution of Excellence credential.• Routinely prepared and presented oral and written organizational compliance inspection results including Enterprise Risk Exposure and Mitigation recommendations to Chief Executives.• Lead executive for the oversight, regulation and credentialing of employees for the organizations Sexual Assault Prevention, Equal Employment Opportunity and Employee Retention Programs.
