As a youth I was a member of the ATC” Air Training Corps” and the St Johns Ambulance Brigade I then went on to join her Majesty’s Royal Regiment of Artillery. By maintaining a structured and disciplined routine I have carried this on throughout my working life. In later years I also joined the Auxiliary Air Force. I have over twenty years experience in customer service and 8 years experience in Fleet Administration with Microsoft windows-based applications to an intermediate skill level.I continually strive to develop my skills believing that it is important to drive forward developmental initiatives which have been proven time and again. In the interest of continual improvement, I have achieved a first-class honours degree as an ICT Practitioner from Coventry University, as well as studied for my CPC Qualification in National and International Road Haulage.I am very passionate about driver safety, compliance and keeping the customer informed, whilst maintaining a professional attitude and the desire to accept new challenges and learn new skills.
