I work in business aviation as a Ground Operations & Security Manager and have been part of an AOC environment for over a decade, including supporting the early stages of an AOC start-up and helping shape operations from the ground up.I lead day-to-day ground operations in a demanding VIP setting, where things don’t always go exactly as planned and flexibility really matters. My role covers crew coordination, duty time management, operational planning, and making sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and in line with EASA requirements.Alongside this, I also act as Security Manager, looking after aviation security procedures and working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep aircraft, crew, and passengers safe.Before aviation, I spent several years working in UHNW private households and luxury hospitality. That experience shaped how I approach my work today — with discretion, attention to detail, and a strong service mindset. Those standards still guide me in business aviation.In the end, my focus is making sure everything works the way it should — safely, smoothly, and without surprises.
