I am an experienced IT professional with a passion for solving problems and serving people through technology. My background blends technical expertise with strong customer service, team building, and time management skills—allowing me to bridge the gap between users and technical solutions effectively.Throughout my career, I have focused on delivering dependable IT support, improving processes, and ensuring that end users feel heard and supported. I take pride in staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively to resolve issues efficiently. Whether troubleshooting technical challenges, coordinating with infrastructure teams, or supporting field staff, I approach every situation with professionalism and accountability.I hold a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University, where I developed a strong foundation in both business strategy and information systems. This combination allows me to understand not only how systems work, but how they support organizational goals and community impact.I am always looking to grow, strengthen my technical skillset, and contribute to teams that value service, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
