Legacy industries can drive the energy transition—if we build the right platforms. That’s what drives me. At Scame, I lead our e-mobility product portfolio. I built and secured board approval for a 3-year strategic roadmap, aligning Sales, R&D, and After-Sales for execution across our international branches. I also led the development and market launch of our charging platform, ELEVA, marking Scame’s pivot from industrial hardware to scalable digital services. My role is to ensure our product architecture is future-ready. I lead a cross-functional roadmap focused on enabling advanced smart charging through ISO 15118 and deep grid integration. We\'re building solutions that support demand-side response and enhance flexibility across Europe’s smart grids. Resilience is core to this mission. Underpinning all of this is a robust cybersecurity strategy, embedded across the ecosystem to ensure trust at scale. What sets me apart is the ability to connect high-level strategy to concrete execution. I believe this is achieved by leading with pragmatic vision: orchestrating the best ideas, challenging the team to deliver excellence, and empowering them with both deep trust and clear accountability. I\'m currently focused on evolving our platform with cloud-native technologies.
