I lead the Cardiff Corporate/M&A team as part of the firm\'s wider practice across our offices in London, Cardiff, Oxford, Manchester, Leeds, Belfast, Glasgow, Dublin and Hong Kong.My practice has a particular focus on cross-border M&A especially for North American and EU clients and on advising venture capital and private equity funds on investments.
