ABOUT VALENTINA SEVERI
Born in Siena on 11 December 1990, I have cultivated a passion for designing spaces since I was a child, building my first house on paper and then with used boxes. I have been working for over 7 years in the Real Estate and Maintenance Services sector as a Technical Collaborator; after having obtained the Technical Diploma of Surveyor and the relative qualification for the free profession, I had the opportunity to gain experience in structured professional studies, and to know the main working methods of the sector. I believe I have a complete and objective vision of the reality of real estate services, which ranges from the management of cadastral processes, to the management of extraordinary ordinary maintenance relating to buildings, to instrumental and planimetric survey, to graphic rendering with software in 2D and 3D modes. I also have good experience in the field of permit / management of applications to entities or Superintendence / knowledge of articles or legislative decrees contextual to the activity / knowledge of landscape and urban planning constraints, etc. I am a very curious person, who likes to learn, know and work on challenging objectives, for this reason I am actively looking for a new professional opportunity that allows me to enter a stimulating and prestigious company in a distant part, which aims at professional growth and in which to make my professional experience available.
