Lead musculoskeletal service development and pathway redesign, championing the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) role through integrated, multidisciplinary collaboration. Maintain high standards of clinical documentation aligned with professional, legal, and GDPR requirements to support seamless MDT communication. Empower patients through self-management support and health promotion, contributing to sustained health improvement and injury prevention. Demonstrate positive impact through involvement in clinical audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives. Commit to continuous professional development by integrating current clinical guidelines, research, and reflective practice to maintain and advance clinical expertise.
