Through financial and advisory support, and by building strategic partnerships and uncovering new insights, the programme helps bring to market technologies and business models that can improve lives in Africa and Asia• Enhanced programme data collection methodologies to improve data quality, reliability and compliance, increasing partner response rates from 65% to over 95% through simplified and user-centred reporting tools• Designed and implemented centralised programme databases to consolidate project and portfolio data, reducing data update time from one week to one hour and accelerating reporting turnaround from two weeks to a few hours• Manage delivery, performance monitoring and compliance for a large portfolio of grant-funded energy access and innovation programmes across the full programme lifecycle• Oversee programme budgets, forecasting and financial risk management in collaboration with Finance Business Partners and delivery partners, ensuring effective use of public funds and value for money• Lead programme reporting and performance monitoring, producing clear, concise insights and dashboards for senior stakeholders, funders and policy audiences• Support programme governance through Programme Board coordination, including preparation of board papers, action tracking and implementation of strategic decisions• Build and maintain strong relationships with Monitoring Service Providers, delivery partners and project leads, resolving issues proactively and supporting programme delivery• Use impact and performance evidence to inform programme decisions, strengthen accountability and support reporting to UK Government stakeholders and funders
