My key responsibilities include- Achieving revenue, churn, and product penetration targets- Renewing customer services with an emphasis on up-selling and driving additional revenue- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals and presentations to corporate standards- Managing the entire sales process from needs analysis and value proposition to proposal, negotiation, close, handover, and ongoing relationship management- Submitting weekly and monthly sales forecasts and reports- Proactively reviewing customers\' current services to maximize their utilization of our products- Meeting and reporting on all productivity and performance KPIs in a timely and accurate manner- Maximizing revenue and margin generation to achieve sales targets- Building strong, lasting relationships by gathering additional customer information- Engaging with customers daily through telephone, email, and meetings to reach out to new clients
