ABOUT GEORGINA WILLIAMS

I’m people-focused, hands-on and passionate about construction machinery, dealer engagement and encouraging young people into construction. I’ve built my career at JCB, where I’ve gone from events organising to operating machines to Backhoe Loader product marketing and sales growth - and I love every part of it.Right now, I’m focused on helping dealers and customers get the most out of our flagship product, the Backhoe Loader. This includes running machine demonstration programmes, benchmarking competitors, creating marketing materials and delivering global training. I enjoy using my expertise and passion to create and deliver content that supports sales growth. Having spent time as a machine operator and demonstration driver, I know what matters to the people using our machines every day and that perspective shapes everything I do. I live by our company values: Pride in JCB, Always Looking for a Better Way and a Sense of Urgency! I also run a personal Instagram page where I share behind-the-scenes moments from my work, my love for construction machinery, and content aimed at inspiring more young people to explore the industry and see how rewarding a career in construction can be.
