ABOUT GEORGINA SMITH

I am currently in a permanent position at BP as a Workday Senior Solutions Analyst involved heavily in HCM. I love what I do and enjoy researching the possibilities in Workday to see what we can implement. I have done HCM fundamentals training, report writer, calculated fields and Time Tracking fundamentalsAfter doing a terrible job at school, I left with barely anything and I struggled to find something I truly enjoyed. I am now in a position where I know what I want to be doing, to feel the sense of achievement after a tough project or task and to finally say ‘yes I did that’. I completed my Prince2 practitioner course as Project Management is a skill you can use anywhere. Although, I may not be a perfectly sculptured project manager, in fact far from it, I love a challenge and enjoy surprising myself and making others proud.
