Qualified as GDPR Practitioner, providing consultancy to SMEs across the UK to support their data compliance• Complete audits, writing and implementing GDPR policies• Design and delivery of GDPR trainingKEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• Designed and delivered a 3 day GDPR training programme for a £20m turnover business in the construction industry. Trained 20 GDPR Champions who would go on to train 400 staff across the business in data protection and compliance.• Delivered GDPR training to a private hospital group with 33 hospitals and staff. Facilitated GDPR Champions training to 40 people, UK-wide.• Worked with one of the largest banks in United Arab Emirates to develop staff in creating better team engagement to improve performance. Successfully trained 100 people across 8 branches in customer service and team leadership, where English is not the first language.• Trained 60 people across 10 branches of the largest oil group in United Arab Emirates. Delegates were poorly-skilled manual workers, who went on to achieve a 25% increase in customer spend through gaining skills in talking to customers and increasing sales. Practical training implemented using the EDICT model amongst other tools.
