Delivery of service excellence & all aspects of a client journey-Report directly to the senior management team with feedback on the studios & offer proactive solutions-Managing the FOH team, including their performance, promoting achievements & identifying weaker areas for improvement-Recruiting & rota’s for FOH team members-Implement dynamic operational & training procedures staff-Keeping accurate daily time sheets & submitting freelance invoices to accounts-Leading & executing the Big Sky induction process,outlining the company\'s mission, values, vision & relevant HR checklist-Organising client/Big Sky events up to a 500 +guestlist, managing & co-ordinating all event logistics-Organising all staff welfare events-Budget & cost management-Cultivating detailed event briefing sheets & event timelines for all staff members & external suppliers-Excellent knowledge of suppliers who provide set/props/F&B/glassware & entertainment for events-Navigate favourable agreements with suppliers to keep costs low and fulfil contract budget requirements-Knowing what\'s on trend & able to create fresh innovative ideas for clients/internal teams-Ensure building policies, rules & regulations are followed during events-Sourcing & working directly with security companies to ensure events run smoothly-Organising talent riders/client gifting when needed-Overseeing the day to day running of Big Sky Studios catering-Liaise with the Executive chef to ensure delivery of all catering services & presentation is consistently high & constantly evolving-The highest standards are kept & setting guidelines on presentation-Implementing/overseeing tiling systems across all sites-Overseeing all staff food for all sites-Ordering all F&B stock for Big Sky Studios-Sourcing all catering crockery, utensils, mugs & glasses-Creating and maintaining relationships with F&B suppliers ensuring all stock is ethically sourced & price competitive-All cafe machinery is in working order
