ABOUT GEORGINA LUKER

As an experienced communicator with a strong background in account management, sales and customer service, building relationships and positive rapport is at the heart of everything I do. This counts for external customers and internal customers (departments and colleagues). My recent award for Customer Centricity across the whole of Brigade group (international) has really shone a light on what I do and how customer experience and satisfaction is at the forefront of my skill set. My working experience has led me to being data and detail orientated, which helps me to accurately use my insight to surface new opportunities and gives me an appetite for assisting with the implementation of change. In fact, I feel that change should be welcomed in order to grow as a business and as an individual. As a team player, I pride myself on my positive attitude and resilience. I enjoy turning problems into solutions and enjoy the collaboration when working towards a goal with my team. As an individual, my attention to detail gives me pride in my work and enables me to utilise my strong reporting skills to present to people at any level in the business.In my experience in retail, business to business sales and account management, I have learnt the importance of active listening and to have confidence in the product or service that I am providing. This will ensure the customer is completely satisfied with their service or purchase and commercially, additional and repeat sales and recommendations will follow.
