Hearing the loading tune of my favourite childhood video game makes me grin like a ten year old. I stay loyal to products I favoured starting out as an young adult because of their jingles, all of which I could recite off by heart if you asked now. I stubbornly avoid companies where I experienced a bad on hold service 20 years ago, despite knowing that they have probably improved since.All of these have one thing in common, how their audio branding made me feel as a customer.Combining my personal passion for audio messaging and rewarding career experience in client care I am fortunate to be able to join the two in my role as Client Care Director.You heard it here first!
