She held both commercial and people leadership roles, including five years on the Executive Board of Sipsmith, where she led People & Culture through the scale-up, acquisition by Beam Suntory, and beyond.LEADERSHIP COACHING:Georgie brings a unique perspective to her coaching, blending her knowledge of commercial strategy, business growth, and organisational psychology with a warm, people-oriented approach that leans into psychological and therapeutic models. She obtained her Post Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Barefoot and the University of Chester in 2019, and is accredited (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
