Key duties include:• Carry out high-quality inductions, health MOTs, personal training sessions, group fitness classes and general gym duties. • Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations for new clients to determine their current physical condition and gather information about clients\' medical history, fitness goals, and lifestyle.• Develop personalised workout plans tailored to clients\' specific goals which are safe and effective. • Demonstrate proper exercise technique to ensure clients perform exercises correctly and safely, as well as providing modifications or alternatives for exercises to prevent injury, especially for clients with existing health conditions or limitations.• Offer encouragement and motivation to help clients stay committed to their fitness goals, as well as providing guidance on overcoming obstacles and maintaining a positive mindset. • Regularly monitor clients\' progress and make necessary adjustments to their workout plans where neccessary. • Educate clients about the principles of fitness, nutrition, and healthy living. Providing continuous information on proper diet and lifestyle habits that complement their routine. • Build strong, professional relationships to create a supportive and trusting environment. Maintain open communication with clients to address their concerns, answer questions, and provide feedback.• Handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client bookings, maintaining client records, processing payments, and managing marketing.
