   Through effective engagement of the university\'s resources, creative problem solving, exchanging of ideas with university colleagues, and in-depth HR knowledge and experience, I support the vision and objectives of the UVA Health System and its professional and administrative staff, as well as executive leaders. In addition to knowledge and application of human resources strategies, I maintain an effective level of business literacy as it relates to the assigned business unit\'s financial position, culture and engagement, and business objectives. Supported The Darden School of Business from April 2018 to April 2020. Leadership: Co-led multiple initiatives across the health system including strategies to reduce the number of travel nurses in the medical center; team member redeployment during COIVD to support high inpatient census; Co-chaired job architecture workgroup to overhaul data analytics roles, as well as ambulatory roles, to develop and retain talent; Support multiple projects in process for the medical center to recruit RN’s and other key hard-to-fill roles.
