I am a Coordinator at Outlyr LLC, a global leader in sport and entertainment specializing in event production, consulting, and activation & experiences. I recently graduated from the University of Florida, where I earned my Master’s in Sport Management and competed as a Division I Women’s Lacrosse student-athlete.My background as a collegiate athlete instilled in me a deep sense of discipline, leadership, and teamwork - qualities I bring daily to my professional role. I am passionate about sports marketing, event management, sponsorship activation, hospitality, and brand strategy. I thrive in fast-paced environments that require creativity, communication, and collaboration.At Outlyr, I contribute to the planning, execution, and delivery of major professional golf tournaments across the LPGA and PGA TOUR, including the ShopRite LPGA Classic, and the AIG Women’s Open. The agency manages and supports numerous LPGA, PGA TOUR, and PGA TOUR Champions events, as well as lifestyle and community-driven platforms. As a Coordinator, I support the planning, execution, and delivery of premier tournaments including the ShopRite LPGA Classic and the AIG Women’s Open.Key Responsibilities- Assist with AIG’s hospitality and client engagement programs, including the AIG Women’s Executive Outings and AIG Master’s Program, overseeing logistics, guest experience, and on-site coordination- Create proposals and presentation decks for new business ventures and event-specific client opportunities to drive Outlyr’s continued growth and partnership development- Collaborate across operations, marketing, and client services to align deliverables and ensure seamless execution across multiple LPGA and PGA TOUR properties- Support sponsor activations, hospitality programs, volunteer coordination, and signage management to enhance overall fan and partner engagement- Maintain consistent communication with brand partners, vendors, and internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and strong relationship management- Contribute to Outlyr’s mission of producing innovative, high-quality experiences that connect brands, fans, and communities through sport.About the Role:In this position, I bridge event operations, client services, and business development, ensuring that every activation, hospitality program, and new business proposal reflects Outlyr’s standard of excellence and creativity across its professional golf portfolio.
