My professional career has been with Walmart Stores, Inc. and in April 2012, I celebrated 23 years of continued outstanding service to the Company. During my tenure with Walmart, I have supported three retail divisions - Sam’s Club, Walmart Stores and Walmart International - in various roles including Operations General Manager, Regional Human Resource Director, Sr. Director of Human Resources, and most recently Sr. Director Human Resource Integration. I have led many business initiatives including business restructures / reorganizations, employee engagement survey and analysis as well as multiple other large-scale HR initiatives.
