A dynamic and driven Microsoft Project Manager, proud to promote the apprenticeship route!After completing my A-Levels, I graduated from Yavneh College Sixth form with 3 A*’s and began my apprenticeship journey with Atos. I completed my 1st (level 4) apprenticeship in project management in January 2021 and then my project management degree-level apprenticeship through the University of Northumbria in December 2023. I worked on the BBC account from September 2020 and managed various IT projects. In 2022, I joined the Private Sector Tech Foundations leadership team, managing communications for this business area. I was then promoted to \'Associate Client Executive\', developing skills in sales, financial management, commercial management, and service management, working with private sector clients. In 2025, I made the exciting move to Microsoft as \'Customer Success Account Manager - Manufacturing and Built\'. In this role, I drove customer success and satisfaction in the manufacturing and built sectors, leveraging my expertise to provide tailored solutions, foster strong client relationships, and ensured customers maximised the value of their investments in Microsoft technologies. I was then offered a promotion to join ISD as a Senior Project Manager. Career Achievements:TechWomen10•••24 Award Winner.Winner of WeAreTheCity\'s \'Rising Star in Digital\' Award - May 2023.TEDx Speaker at TEDx St Albans - Talk entitled \'How Apprenticeships Challenge Bias in Higher Education\'.Achieved a First Class Degree (77% overall grade) in Project Management from Northumbria University.Awarded Atos ‘Apprentice of the Year’ in October 2021.Winner of Atos-X Public speaking competition 2022.Lean 6 Sigma White Belt, Yellow Belt & Green Belt Certified.Recognised in the National Apprenticeship Awards, as Highly Commended (runner up) in the regional area category of Royal Navy Award for Higher or Degree Apprentice of the Year.Completed APM Project Management Qualification & AgilePM Foundation and Practitioner.Started a Global Community of Atos Graduates, Interns & Apprentices (GIGA) & secured Executive Sponsorship.Am a SmartSTEMs ambassador, and regularly attend events with schools to encourage more children to aspire towards STEM careers.Completed the Mental Health First Aid Certification.Was part of Atos\' 2020 Million Makers Team (Team Empower), which raised over for The Prince\'s Trust.Awarded APM Education Volunteer of the Year (2020).In my spare time, I enjoy volunteering at the British Heart Foundation, skating, martial arts, and walking :)
