About Georgia da Silva
Professionally - At McKinstry, I get to work with many intelligent, passionate individuals who all hold the same vision of creating a sustainable, thriving planet. Specifically, I have the pleasure of working out of our Phoenix, Arizona office to better serve our K-12 school district and municipality clients in saving energy while creating a better environment for them to thrive. McKinstry is a national leader in construction, mechanical contracting, and energy services. We take a holistic, integrated approach that starts by assessing facility and asset conditions, identifying both current and future needs. This collaborative approach enables clients to better prioritize capital improvements and maintenance expenditures during budget planning. Personally -I have a strong passion for traveling and believe it is an incredible educational experience. I\'ve had the opportunity to take several months of months to explore Australia and then live in Madrid, Spain as an Au Pair. A few summers ago I lived in Washington D.C. leading and facilitating mission teams partnering with The Salvation Army. In my free time, I travel when I\'m able and continue my language learning. I\'m at an intermediate/working proficiency in Spanish and am just beginning to learn Brazilian Portuguese – and am always looking to practice! Whether looking to talk Sustainability or Spanish Tapas – I look forward to connecting.
