About Georgia Sisto

I am an Industrial Engineering Manager with 9 years of experience taking complex data and analyzing trends to ideate, design, and execute improvement projects within two different start up companies. Most notably, I have lead the design and implementation of three of the largest capital investment projects to date involving multiple cross functional partners and developed a team of Engineers in the process. I personally value making an impact and watching both projects and people develop. Outside of the office, I mentor high school students and help them prepare for their professional and college careers. As part of this program, I also help develop their analytical and creative skills by giving them data and guiding them through their own project design and execution strategies. As I continue to grow as a professional, I am seeking to combine business strategy, project management, and leadership to scale operations, grow revenue, and make an impact.
