The best part: No commission to pay - EVER! We only charge one upfront flat fee.(Typically ranging from £495 to £1 495, depending on the role and the package you choose. But no worries, I’ll help you choose the best option.) What’s always super important to me is to set the right expectations from the start. And tell you that, unfortunately we cannot guarantee a hire, in-fact, no one can! But what we do guarantee is to manage your entire recruitment process for a set period. If a campaign doesn\'t yield results within 30 days, I provide you with the feedback, including reasons why candidates may not have been interested. We work on it and repeat the process at a discounted rate.
