I managed every stage of the project from coordinating with external contributors and IT teams to tracking document revisions and maintaining action logs. This work played a crucial role in our recent CQC inspection, where we achieved a GOOD rating. By ensuring that all guidance and procedures were accurate, accessible, and up to date, I helped lay the foundation for a successful outcome that reflects the quality and compliance of our services.Other contributions include:Organising and preparing agendas for Councillor Briefings, Team Manager Forums, and Senior Leadership meetings.Implementing a new system for reviewing and maintaining guidance, policies, and procedures now a key part of my ongoing responsibilities.Managing the Champions & Experts in Practice page to keep staff informed and engaged with training, events, and service updates.Handling public complaints and MP enquiries with a consistent focus on timeliness and service quality.I’m committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and service delivery - always striving to support positive outcomes for colleagues and the wider community.
