After working 15 years in Corporate America, I left my 9-5 to start helping those in the corporate environment. Studies show that only 32% of people are engaged with their jobs, and mental health has plummeted since the pandemic. I started DAILY DOSE to provide resources to employees to prevent burnout and increase engagement. Research shows that on average, for every $1 a Company invests in wellness programs, medical costs fall $3.27 and absenteeism drops $2.73. As someone who came from the corporate world, I understand how people are overworked, and serve as a partner to CEOs and HR leaders to foster happier, healthier employees.
