Lead commercialization strategy and execution to transform new flooring products, manufacturing innovations and special programs in development to full-scale launch and activation, following Stage-Gate process • Maximize short and long-term growth by facilitating production of comprehensive launch activations across all marketing deliverables and leverage content for external and internal launch with emphasis on customer-facing channels • Serve as project owner in collaboration with sales, marketing, in-house creative and external creative agencies for key deliverables and activations such as photography, merchandising vehicles, promotional materials and digital promotion • Author, socialize and track creative briefs and commercialization plans for launches in development based on strategic market opportunity, sales commitment and new product development pipeline • Conduct training sessions with Americas sales teams in collaboration with training team and sales leadership to enable quick absorption of new products and knowledge of how to leverage new sales tools immediately with clients in their markets • Work with digital marketing, business operations and product marketing to track and report KPIs for commercial success • Work with marketing operations team to streamline internal and external resources to achieve launch goals. Help resolve variances in budget, timing or quality of work against planned objectives • Drive process improvement whilst adhering to global brand standards balanced with facilitation of regional adaptation
