As a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Aires, I develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to build qualified and diverse candidate pools for our global mobility service teams. I am skilled in using various sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and relocation platforms, and I have earned a certification in Skills for Inclusive Conversations from LinkedIn.
