I’ve spent my career as a program manager, advisor, and coach-mentor while maintaining the philosophy as a life-long learner and trying to always find ways to challenge myself to be better. My strength is in finding solutions to complex problems and in developing/assisting teams in creating products that best meet the consumer/client’s needs.To date, some of my career highlights include- Led teams in seven different organizations with teams as small as a 4-person team to over 40-personnel across the U.S, France, Germany, Kuwait, Iraq, Afghanistan, Japan, and Malaysia- Advised foreign military partners on integration of systems and processes with U.S. military forces in both Europe and across the Pacific- Managed $80+ million of equipment and maintained their operational readiness across multiple continents.My passion is in helping people identify their strengths, finding creative ways to solve many different problem sets, and as a team, bringing the best out of each other.Specialties: Program / Project Management, Product Management / Development, Agile Methodologies, Scrum Theory, Lean Principles, Strategic Security Planning, Coach-Mentor, Team Building, and Senior Leadership and Management.I am a highly dedicated professional with a diverse background with decades of leadership and training experience.
