I have a diverse professional background that includes customer research, merchandising, project management, supply chain, plant start-ups and operations. I have held various positions at an industrial supplier and in the food industry in the United States and China. While working in these difficult environments I learned to become a diligent and an adept collaborator with a focus on detail to ensure project goals are met and completed on time. I have a strong desire for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.Now, I work in customer research and strategy for McMaster-Carr, a leading industrial supply company. I support the company by making objective observations about how we should react to meet customers’ needs while pushing for data-driven decision-making in all areas of the business.Previously, I supported the start-up of two manufacturing facilities, OSI Geneva in Geneva, IL and Henan OSI Foods in Henan, China. During this time I worked with several well-known brands including McDonald\'s, Chipotle, Aldi, and Wal-Mart.
