As an Multi Skilled Engineer, I am responsible for the installation of new plant, machinery and equipment and making sure existing plant, machinery and equipment runs smoothly. Cover a range of building electrical/mechanical work including planned and breakdown maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair of equipment and installation work. Working to WORKS REQUEST SYSTEM, completing off / awaiting parts / assign to contractor • Fitting new or replacement parts to plant and equipment. • Carrying out various inspections • Conducting reactive and routine maintenance as required • Responding as required to equipment breakdowns. • Servicing and repairing plant and equipment. • Working on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment • Making scheduled checks on plant, machinery and parts. • Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule. • Keeping engineering and production management informed of progress. • Liaising with internal departments, suppliers and customers. • Knowledge of welding and milling machine • Knowledge of drawing in Autocad 2D and 3D • Attending internal and external training courses as necessary. Working as part of a team of engineering technicians, engineering maintenance, contract installation engineers, engineering managers and also wider teams such as Safety health environment and quality, operations, sales and commercial. Inform the Engineering Manager of any relevant issues in relation to quality, safety and maintenance. Working in a professional manner, complying at all times with company policy on safety, hygiene and housekeeping.
