Supervise the daily operations of project delivery, digital strategy, and event productions, covering live, in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats. Foster and sustain relationships, serving as a point of contact for C-suite level leaders, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders. Supervise the acquisition of audio-visual and other equipment, as well as oversee new construction and the development of event spaces. Develop and implement SOPs to maximize processes, improve quality, and ensure consistent operations, resulting in increased productivity and adherence to protocols. Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to effectively measure the performance of the video production team. Provide strong leadership and direction of the proposal team, from RFP release through proposal delivery. Formulate a comprehensive strategy for managing the entire lifecycle of Request for Proposal/Information/Quote (RFP/RFI/RFQ), from initiation to submission. Serve as the Contractor’s Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Manage projects as a Contracting Officer\'s Technical Representative (COTR), ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets. Supervise the recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentoring processes for staff and contractors.
