ABOUT GEORGE TEAGUE
I honorably served in the US Navy for 5 years as an Aviation Electronic Technician, earning two Navy Achievement Medals, along with my Enlisted Aviation Warfare Specialist designation. While on active duty I graduated, with honors, from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Since transitioning back into the private sector, I have been in sales for over 10 years for a variety of organizations and in a senior recruiting role since 2014. I graduated from Campbell University with my MBA in August of 2014.I was promoted to Senior Partner in May of 2014 with The Maven Group, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Company, specializing in the placement of IT and Engineering professionals in temporary contract, contract-to-hire and full-time employment. I was responsible for developing strategic relationships in the commercial and federal sectors. I worked in various areas of IT and Engineering, dealing with both candidates and hiring managers across the nation. I formed Teague Consulting, LLC in April 2019 due to a relocation to PA from NC. I continued to consult and serve as a Senior Partner for The Maven Group until August 2019. I started consulting for InHome Therapy in July 2021, spearheading our recruiting efforts for Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapists, and Assistants (COTA and PTA) across PA, NJ and CT. I converted to full time in September 2021, leading the recruiting, interviewing and hiring for our FL, IN, OH, PA, NJ, IL markets. Specialties: During my time in the US Navy, I developed and honed my multi-tasking abilities and time management techniques, along with gaining valuable leadership experience. I am a motivated self-starter and resourceful team player with exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills. I pride myself on my excellent work ethic, positive attitude, personal ethics and high business standards.
