   Prosecute felony and misdemeanor offenses, including motor vehicle homicide, operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor (OUI), assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, illegal firearm possession, drug distribution, larceny, domestic violence, and financial crimes, from arraignment to trial. • Tried 70+ jury and jury-waived trials, earning convictions in trials pertaining to OUIs and felony violent crimes. • Oversee and manage all jury session cases arising out of Dudley District Court—the 2nd busiest court in Worcester County and the 9th busiest in Massachusetts—in Worcester District Court. • Conduct legal research and draft motions, affidavits, and memoranda of law. • Handle motion practice pertaining to evidentiary suppression hearings and DiBennadetto motions to dismiss. • Simultaneously manage hundreds of open cases, excelling in high-stress, dynamic, and fast-paced environments in court on a daily basis. • Request and argue 58A Dangerousness Hearings, as well as bail requests and revocations, for major felony cases. • Facilitate discovery production and negotiate plea bargains and other settlements with defense attorneys. • Meet with and interview victims, witnesses, and law enforcement officials and prepare expert and lay witnesses for trial and other court proceedings. • Collaborate with other prosecutors, victim witness advocates, law enforcement, court personnel, the defense bar, and community partners to ensure prosecutions promote the welfare of victims, defendants, and the community at large.
