Examples of commissions include: a) Morrison Water Services/Thames Water – AMP 7 Capital Programme. Oct 2023 – Present Project and team management of AECOM’s delivery of design commissions for a programme of AMP 7 projects. b) The Coal Authority – Ynysarwed Mine Water Treatment Scheme (MWTS). Oct 2022 – Present Project Manager for a £12M design and construct mine water treatment scheme in Wales. The scope includes an upgrade of an existing treatment process to High Density Sludge on a constrained brownfield site. c) The Coal Authority – Saline mine water programme. Dec 22 – June 23 Managed the initial stages of a potentially complex and significant national programme. Accountabilities included management of the development and production of the Strategic Outline Case, full +10 year programme schedule, and risk strategies. d) Environment Agency – June 19 – Dec 2022. NEC ECC Project Management of NEC3 & NEC4 Option A, Option C, and Option E civil engineering and M&E design and build projects (+£20M). Projects included Littleborough Flood Risk Management Scheme, Penketh & Whittle Flood Risk Management Scheme, CLA Culverts, Incident Support Contract, CLA Pumping Station refurbishments, Spring Gardens dam, and Kirkby Ings MIOS. e) HS2 – Ecological Surveys. April 20 – Feb 21 Project management of AECOM ecology surveys for the LMJV Enabling Works Contract North (+£20M fees). Managed a team of 30No Ecological Quality Control, Assurance, GIS, and Data Delivery professionals. Responsible for designing and delivering bespoke PM systems, procedures and governance into the Environmental team delivering ecological surveys on the HS2 rail corridor Works.
