Based in Miami, my practice serves clients across a wide range of industries—from fashion and entertainment to hospitality, media, tech, and other brand-focused sectors.Before practicing law, I studied at Parsons School of Design and began my career as a fashion designer in New York City, working with brands like Lela Rose and Nautica. That hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the creative process, brand development, and the critical importance of protecting your work and reputation.After earning my J.D. from New York Law School in 2013, I was admitted to the bars of Florida, New York, and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. I’ve been honored to be recognized as a Super Lawyers® Rising Star for multiple years—including most recently in 2024—an achievement awarded to no more than 2.5% of attorneys in each state.At SCIARRINO LAW, I combine legal precision with creative insight to help clients safeguard their trademarks and copyrights, navigate licensing and intellectual property agreements, and resolve disputes efficiently. My work includes advising on marketing and registration strategies, managing office actions, and representing clients in TTAB proceedings, enforcement matters, and trademark disputes. I also handle select litigation and provide immigration counsel tailored to families, artists, talent, production professionals, and investors. In addition to overseeing firm operations and client relations, I implement technology-driven solutions to streamline services and improve client experience. While we serve a wide range of industries, SLF remains deeply committed to supporting creative, entrepreneurial, and global communities through practical, results-oriented legal services.
