Serve as a member of the senior leadership team within JMT’s Technology Group.• Report to Senior VP / Deputy CIO for the firm.• Define the vision of a Digital Water practice area within Technology Group.• Integrate & align services offered by the Technology group within requirements of internal & external clients for water/wastewater/stormwater utility vertical.• Serve as primary liaison and technical expert between Technology Group and Water business line representatives.• Develop actionable strategic plan for proposed vision.• Manage projects & provide high-level technical oversight as SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT• Identify new opportunities for technology integration and mining | building the Digital Water backlog.• Managed technology tasks on multiple concurrent projects valued at $1M. • Perform Technical oversight and mentoring.• Provide oversight and support to multiple Technology Group staff engaged in water / wastewater / water resources project work staff.• Participate in regional marketing campaigns.• Present to regional offices via lunch and learn sessions.• Conduct one-on-one meetings with section heads from each vertical market. • Develop technical scope for inclusion in proposal documentation.• Develop price proposals | Work Breakdown Structure documentation (WBS).• Participate in short-list interviews/presentations.• Leverage relationships with current and potential clients.• Developed strategic growth plan for building out a Digital Water practice over the next 2 years.• Work with Solution Directors and Regional Directors to identify opportunities, build relationships with regional teams and chase new business.
