In his role, he lead the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team and the Education Outreach and Museum team.George previously served as the Human Resources Business Partner Manager for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. George managed the organization\'s HR Business partners, ensuring that the Human Resources division is comprehensively serving the needs of the organization.George previously served as the Director of Human Resources for the Cuyahoga County Public Library. The Cuyahoga County Public Library is ranked by Library Journal as the best library system in the United States.George previously served as the Senior Human Resources Manager - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD). The Talent Management group is comprised of NEORSD\'s Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning teams.George previously worked for The Lubrizol Corporation as their Manager of Diversity & Inclusion. He was promoted to that position after starting his career there as a computer programmer.He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from John Carroll University in 2002 and a Master of Business Administration degree from the school in 2012.George is active in the community through various organizations. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for John Carroll University, the United Way of Greater Cleveland, and the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation. George recently concluded his term as President of the Cleveland Society of Human Resource Management. George has remained very active with his college Alma matter. He was previously the President of John Carroll\'s National Alumni Association, and also served on the Steering Committee for John Carroll\'s Blue Gold Club (athletic booster club). George is one of the founding members of John Carroll\'s Diverse Alumni Network. He also taught as an adjunct professor for the school.
