ABOUT GEORGES JARROUJ
I am a mechanical engineer with a diverse background spanning construction, event operations, and digital transformation within industrial environments. My career began in the construction industry, where I gained hands-on experience in project execution and coordination. Alongside this, I spent four years in the events sector, taking on leadership roles as Team Leader and Head of Operations — experiences that strengthened my organizational, managerial, and problem-solving skills. Driven by a passion for innovation and materials, I pursued a Master’s degree in Design and Materials in France, where I completed an internship focused on 3D printing of reinforced cementitious materials. This experience deepened my understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies and sustainable materials. In 2021, I joined Safran Aircraft Engines as an apprentice while pursuing an MS in Project Management. My mission centered on managing and supporting the deployment of digital tools and processes to optimize employee workflows, enhance data quality, and reduce Human and Organizational Factors (HOF). Currently, I work at VESI (VINCI Energies Systèmes d’Information) as an IT M&A Project Manager, where I oversee IT integration projects to ensure the seamless deployment of IT standards across newly acquired companies within the VINCI Energies group. My professional journey reflects a strong interest in innovation, digital transformation, and operational excellence, combining technical expertise with a project management mindset to drive impactful change across organizations.
