Our multi-certified Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) specializes in pre-employment background screening services that enable employers to make informed hiring decisions regarding the suitability of potential employees, and vetting of contractors and volunteers. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Employers Choice Screening, I am responsible for overseeing the management of on-demand, single-source background screening. • Overseeing all functional areas of the organization (Operations, IT, Finance, Business Development, Marketing, and Sales) • Providing reliable results and trusted services designed to improve morale, and reduce legal exposure and associated costs related to legal fees, settlements, and insurance premiums • Assuring system-wide legal compliance, accurate reporting, and training solutions for thousands of corporate and government clients in all 50 U.S. states, territories, and counties
