   Spearheaded the management of a cross-functional team at St. Charles, resulting in a remarkable cost-saving achievement of $475k in capital savings and a $70k benefit from recovered acrylic acid, contributing directly to the company\'s bottom line-Orchestrated the swift completion of a boiler feed water valve configuration project, delivering all design work within an impressive two-month timeframe. This initiative significantly reduced downtime costs associated with cavitation, resulting in enhanced process reliability and substantial savings-Overcame challenges in the cooler tower acid addition line project, successfully coordinating the installation of additional components, including an RCV and flow meters. By improving the cooling water line and sulfuric acid tie-in, this project resulted in cost savings equivalent to millions of gallons of water and reduced chemical usage-Skillfully secured capital funding for a portfolio of projects, successfully navigating the Dow authorization process.
