My role involves ensuring high-quality production implementations through a series of pre-production environments. I oversee IT Release Management, Change Management, Infrastructure Upgrade Project Management, Environment Management, Deployment Management, Refresh Management, and Information Security Compliance for Global Housing Applications.Key Responsibilities:• Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams across all locations.• Partner with Scrum and system teams to prioritize and schedule deployment activities, ensuring focus on the highest priority technical and business features.• Coordinate across application groups to plan and implement major projects and client conversions (on-boarding).• Use agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and lead deployments of major releases, weekly patches, and daily changes to all environments, including non-production and production.• Optimize and improve processes and methodologies, implementing changes and leading change management cycles, testing, deployment, and support planning.• Review test, deployment, and support plans to ensure completeness and effective communication to stakeholders.• Define the annual release schedule and single global release plan, including all projects aligned to specific releases.• Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews, leading and coordinating Go-Live activities.• Proactively develop and maintain strong knowledge of systems related to Release Engineering, making recommendations to improve reliability, scalability, performance, or security.• Analyze patch release notes and security advisories to determine the urgency and impact of each patch.
