   I launched this business as founder and operator, and now run 4 wine storage facilities in California that deliver a high-level of customer service that differentiates us from the competition.By creating physical wine storage facilities built with our client\'s needs at the forefront of our location choices and of our product design, we have quickly attracted both individual and commercial clientele.I firmly believe that as our discerning clients have made significant investments into their wine collections, it is our job to ensure that those collections are lovingly preserved and protected so members can enjoy them.What we offer are wine storage facilities that provide storage and ancillary services to clients with less than 12 and up to cases.The customer always comes first, and that is at the heart of our commitment to maintaining the highest practical level of facility operations.Personally, I thrive on meeting people and improving the efficiency of the business to provide the best customer service and maintain all of my facilities at a level consistent with the expectations of a well-heeled clientele.By taking the time to see things from my client’s perspective, I am able to solve issues in a way that produces a satisfied client and a profit. I love solving problems for people and providing a value-add for them through our service offerings. Personally, I interact with each and every client so they know they can depend on me to respond quickly to their individual needs.As a business owner, I also believe in being involved in the community and this includes making donations to wine silent auctions, participating in wine events, supporting wine related non-profits, and promoting the use of sustainable materials in facility construction.Right now, we are working on introducing wine cork recycling to clientele, and eventually, we plan on rolling this program out to non-clients.
