For nearly 25 years, I have been pioneering business intelligence in multiple companies in different industries (Professional services, Hi-tech, Pharma, Recruitment and Transportation).What do you get when you hire me?Nearly 25 years of experience in analytics, decision support, business intelligence and a fundamental understanding of data management and strategy. Data should be at the core of your organization and as important as it is today it will become even more crucial in the years to come as we move into an increasingly automated world. I bring an extremely wide field of view having had the opportunity to work with teams in Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR, Procurement and many others. My goal is to help you understand your business and help support you in your decisions and strategies through insights derived from good data.Nearly 17 years of experience in managing and leading complex projects, and more importantly leading and developing data professionals. I genuinely enjoy and thrive when leading people through complex challenges and bring extensive experience in hiring and building teams. I thrive on developing new BI talent in Montreal; I have an eye for talent, and am proud to have personally developed several new BI Analysts and developers and can proudly say that many have gone on to becomes leads and managers themselves. I also have a wide knowledge of AGILE project management methodologies (particularly Kanban and SCRUM) and the ability to mix/match and innovate to find the right recipe to match the team I have in front of me. I also have the good sense to know how to adapt to an organizations project financial structure to make sure that budgets can still be followed while allowing the deliverables to evolve to match business needs.Who am I?I am a focused, results-oriented, highly driven person who is a motivated self-starter with an eagerness to grow and succeed. Basically I am never just a passenger. I will always drive projects and teams to succeed.
